- 1 cup quick oats, plus 1-2 tbsp
Note 1: I use a coffee grinder and not a blender or a food processor because both options leave behind little bits and pieces of oats. A coffee grinder yields perfectly fine flour that's similar to any expensive store-bought variations. If you don't already have one, you can get one for around $20 on Amazon. I love mine and use it for oat flour, coffee and spices, so it's definitely worth it.
