A creamy, custardy dessert made with just two ingredients - jello and Greek yogurt. It really doesn't get any simpler than this.

- 1 10g package jello (regular or sugar free; any flavor works)
- ½-1 cup boiling water (see Note 1)
- 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (I use fat free; see Note 2)
In a mixing bowl, whisk 1 packet of jello with ½ cup boiling water until the powder is completely dissolved (make sure the water is boiling or very, very hot or it may not thicken correctly)
Whisk in ½ cup of Greek yogurt until smooth
Add the remaining cup of yogurt and whisk again until smooth (adding all the yogurt at once into the hot jello mixture could cause it to curdle, so make sure you add it in two batches)
Divide equally between 2 medium or 4 small containers
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour until set
Note 1: If you want a more concentrated sweet flavor, use ½ cup of water. If you prefer a slightly less sweet, creamier flavor, use 1 cup of water.
Note 2: I use plain fat free Greek yogurt for this recipe. You can use any kind of yogurt you have on hand or prefer. It doesn't have to be Greek yogurt, but Greek yogurt increases the protein content. I've tested this recipe with fat free vanilla yogurt and it turned out great, so use whatever you prefer. You can also add vanilla extract for extra flavor, but it's totally optional.
